This might be the craziest thing we have ever done. Born from perhaps too many drinks while visiting our coffee importers, a rumination of what if . . . ?
We receive countless samples throughout the year to evaluate. Some of these coffees go on to become part of our roasting family; but the vast majority fall by the wayside, no fault of their own. What if . . . what if we collected them altogether and roasted them as one? Here is the result. Too many origins to count, every conceivable processing method, every type of varietal (save Robusta, never Robusta).
We would try to describe it to you but every brew you make will be different. There are just too many coffees in here for any one to dominate. It is literally the world in a cup. Try it if you dare!
