We went back to the drawing board and completely reimagined what a great espresso could be. A calibrated blend of South American and African coffees. A burst of clean citrus acidity with floral notes and a creamy body.
Brewing temperature should be 203-204°F at 9 bars. We recommend 18 grams ground for a double shot at 44ml, excluding crema. Shot times best between 20-30 seconds.
