Description
This is a microlot selection of heirloom typica beans from the Miraflores estate in the Lonya Grande district of northern Peru. The cherries are carefully slow dried over a period of 15 days on raised platforms.
Peru is a hidden gem in the specialty coffee world – largely going unnoticed. But the Lonya Grande district has steadily built a reputation for growing high quality heirloom coffees. We were excited when we discovered these beans and they did not disappoint. Lush mouthfeel, with vibrant red fruits in the cup.
